RX Plastics Mixing Tower

In 2018, RX plastics Ashburton came to Cullimore Engineering and requested that we manufacture a large mixing tower.  At this point, it was decided we could best do the job as a joint venture with Maguire Engineering.

The project utilised our two precision welding tables, at times with custom built modifications due to the size of the job.  This was used in conjunction with our FEMCO CNC borer.  The completed product was supplied with over 5000 individually drilled holes, which lined up with an accuracy rate of 99.96%.
